My first ever Hackfort was in 2023, where two amazing women and I showcased our hand-built arcade game, Robot Revolution, for Spacebar. Each year since then, I have found a true passion for participating in Hackfort—whether showcasing work for Boise State University, TechHelp Idaho, or for local indie game studio Torchfire. I am always the first to get excited about a new idea and geek out over how things are made.
What I love most about Hackfort is how it brings the community together. I get to meet so many new friends and witness the incredible work and dedication that people bring. The art, the music, the tech, and the innovation blow me away every single year.
Being a part of the team behind this wonderful event has been a goal of mine ever since my first year, and I cannot wait to help our community connect and thrive even further.
